a Parisian inspired fete

Danielle and John were engaged while on a holiday in Paris…. and so it inspired their Parisian fete on June 19. Our dear friend, Candice Coppola of Jubilee Events  took little dainty touches of French style and weaved them through out the day.

Danielle is beautiful… inside and out… and with her style, charm, and sincerity, she is easily one of the most gorgeous brides we have had the pleasure of dressing.  She wore an amazing gown from Melissa Sweet and completed the look with fabulous and fun accessories!

We are in love with the whimisical details of this wedding! Enjoy and try not to drool!

Our wedding row counterpart, Jennie Fresa did an outstanding job on Danielle's  makeup.  She looked natural and glamorous at the same time and the talented Carla Teneyck and her team captured Danielle's beauty so artfully!

I love how Blush Floral Design created a bouquet that mirrored the swirls and ruffles of Danielle's gown!

Congrats Danielle and John!  Thank you for letting us be part of your amazing day!

Recently one of our preferred vendors, talented wedding  photographer Alissa Dineen, became one of our brides!  We have been sharing brides with Alissa for years and we are thrilled that she can now experience The White Dress by the shore for herself!

While she was here shopping for her gown, she took some time to take some amazing shots of our store!

Our new 2011 inventory is arriving!  Today we received some stunners from one of our favorite designers, Augusta Jones.  We love working with them, as their quality is impeccable, their price points are unbelievable and they allow us to customize their gowns.  The gown prices start at $2000. On most styles you have the choice of fabrics, which also dictates the price of the gown. 

We are hosting a trunk show with Augusta Jones August 13th - 14th and all of the gowns will be discounted by 10% !

 translation: Jenny Yoo prices her dresses based on the number purchased.  Her base price is for 1-2 dresses.  The next tier is 3-6 dresses and the price is 10% off of the base price.
